Submit your work

To participate in Academic Showcase, take the following steps.

Check that you qualify to participate.

  • If you are a graduate or professional student from WSU Pullman, you may also apply to participate in GPSA Research Exposition, an event that includes a scholarship competition. However, if you are accepted to participate in GPSA Research Exposition, you will be removed from consideration for Academic Showcase.
  • If you are an undergraduate student, you are not eligible to participate in Academic Showcase. Instead, consider participating in Showcase for Undergraduate Research and Creative Activities (SURCA).

Review the submission guidelines.

Ensure that your abstract meets all requirements. You may present only one abstract as a primary or presenting author. All abstracts are reviewed using the Abstract Evaluation Rubric.

Please provide your poster in pdf format. The file size must be 10mb or less.

The video is optional, but encouraged. It offers you an opportunity to orally present your work. Your video can be up to 7 minutes long.

Submit your work by March 16.

Submissions are no longer being accepted for the 2021 event.

If you have already submitted your abstract and presentation, the Academic Showcase Committee will let you know in late March if your work has been accepted.
